SERVICE PROJECTS:

As you mature in your faith, you will discover increased responsibilities in this area of your life too. It is not enough that you know about your faith. The questions are: How do you put your faith into practice? How often do you go out of your way to help others? Are you creative in finding ways to serve others? As Jesus said: “Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of the least brothers of mine, you did for me.” There are many possibilities for service projects. Discover how you can serve others now and throughout your life. The aim of the Service Project is to help you discover: ∙ How can I become a neighbor to others? ∙ How can I meet their needs? ∙ How can I help them directly or indirectly?

You may perform one project for 20 hours or you may choose a few projects that add up to 20 hours. As you actually take part in each project, be sure to fill in the Self-Accountability Sheet. It is important that you use the attached sheets to record each project.
