LETTER TO BISHOP John J. McIntyre, D.D., V.G.

To all those seeking the Sacrament of Confirmation:

 

The Most Reverend John J. McIntyre  D.D., V.G. will be conferring the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday, March 13, 2027. You are asked, in your own words, to write a letter to Bishop Cooke. 

 

Please include:

 

1. Why do you want to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation?
2. How you have been preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, both scholastically and spiritually.  Include the types of service projects you have completed or are currently involved in doing.                                                                                                        

    3.   State any special way you want to serve God and your neighbor. 

    4.   Share what is most meaningful to you in regards to your faith.

    5.   How the gifts of the Holy Spirit will allow you to grow in faith.
